- No membership fees are required to shop on our website.

- Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Sunday)
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 7:00 PM (UTC+01:00) will be processed and shipped the same day.

Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
We do not offer split shipping for single orders.
To send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, the reshipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

In rare cases where delivery exceeds 11 business days, we will notify you with updates.
Cancellations

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Reject it at the door if possible and notify us immediately.
